Colour in Motion

SIENNA explores colour as a continuous movement. Free from any conventional graphic pattern, its surface is shaped by subtle chromatic transitions in which each tone gradually blends into the next. Inspired by the warmth and depth of mineral and earthy shades, the gradient creates a landscape of colour that evolves with light and perspective.

Material and Textures

Entirely crafted in high-pressure Handtufted using 100% New Zealand wool, SIENNA is distinguished by its generous thickness, density and exceptional comfort. Its dense, soft pile brings depth to the colours while subtly revealing the different nuances within the gradient.

Light interacts naturally with the wool, allowing the perception of each tone to evolve according to orientation and point of view. The surface therefore takes on a particularly rich and tactile dimension, with the material itself contributing to the fluidity of the chromatic transitions.

A Landscape of Colour

With SIENNA, CEDRUS transforms colour into atmosphere. Rather than relying on a defined pattern, the rug expresses itself through transition, depth and light. Soft and understated when viewed as a whole, it reveals the full richness of its nuances and texture when experienced up close. More than a simple gradient, SIENNA becomes a landscape in itself, an immersive expanse of colour shaped by material and light.

Like every CEDRUS creation, SIENNA provides a starting point for a bespoke piece. Dimensions, shape and colours can be adapted to the project. The tones, as well as the amplitude, direction and progression of the gradient, can also be reworked to develop a chromatic composition specifically conceived for each space.
